1 BEDROOM - $720.00
2 BEDROOM - $800.00
3 BEDROOM - $955.00

Rent includes heat & hot water. Residents pay for their own electricity, phone & cable.

Rents are set rents and do not fluctuate with the household income.

Income Levels
To qualify for the tax credit apartments, the total household income must be below:

1 person - $36,000
2 people - $41,100
3 people - $46,260
4 people - $51,360
5 people - $55,500
6 people - $59,580

These income levels only apply to initial applications. After the applicant moves in, their income can increase to 140% of the income levels in effect at that time.

The income levels are subject to change annually.

There is no restriction on the number of bedrooms a household can request for their apartment. If a 1 person household wants a 2 bedroom apartment they must be under the income level for 1 person and able to pay the rent for a 2 bedroom apartment.
