Linscott Court is an apartment complex with affordable rents. The rent structure is not tied to the household income but remains at a set rent that would only be increased to cover operational costs. To qualify for an apartment, interested parties must complete an application process that includes:
  1. Income verification
  2. Criminal record check
  3. Credit check
  4. Landlord verification
  5. Household student status
 While Section 8 Voucher rental assistance is accepted, this is not a public housing facility.
